Hi, I’mAbdulbaqee.

I wrote my first production code in secondary school: a PHP social network called Explora Social that grew to around 1,500 signups before I could no longer maintain it. That product taught me how to learn through mistakes, keep systems running, moderate a real community, and build for real users. More than anything, it set the direction for everything I’ve built since.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and community. Currently, as Co-founder and CTO at Reapvest, I am building an automated savings and agro-investment platform. Previously, I engineered the React Native mobile experience for Genesis360, one of Nigeria's innovative food-tech startups. I also recently wrapped up my tenure as the Backend Track Lead for GDG On Campus FUNAAB, where I mentored student developers through workshops on clean code, API architecture, and security.

Alongside client and product work, I'm studying Mechatronics Engineering at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (class of 2030). Control systems and automation aren't a detour from software, they're why I obsess over feedback loops, failure modes and systems that behave predictably under stress.

I build because I like seeing ideas become real products.
